The use of local raw materials, selected according to their seasonal nature, the choice of local suppliers and traditional products as well as a constant training of the team, are the elements to provide a constant food quality over time.
The aim is achieved every day with the realization of Mediterranean dishes, made with traditional techniques (baking, steaming and guazzetti).
The use of cream, butter and flour is very low, we prefer the delicate citrus dressing and the Sorrento extra virgin olive oil dop.
Certainly we also offer typical dishes of the historic Parthenopean cuisine, reviewed and refined with tasty combinations that highlight, without alterations, the peculiarity.
The traditional recipes are recreated through the use of ingredients carefully selected by the chef, and cooked according to the ancient wisdom of the places to create routes between the taste of typical products: dairy products from Campania, the Neapolitan cakes, citrus fruits of Sorrento, fruit liqueurs of the Amalfi coast are part of the culture of these lands as well as the historic and artistic treasures of the region; the pleasures of the palate are essential for any visitor!
The service is "à la carte”: a welcoming atmosphere, the warm colours of wood that marry well with the large windows facing the sea, and the lush greenery of the outside patio, create a sophisticated ambiance.
A restaurant welcomes its guests planning special events to celebrate holidays or small theme parties: Sunday brunch during Spring and Autumn, special occasions like Valentine's Day, Women’s Day, the Autumn equinox or the Summer solstice.
The wine list includes local and national labels that can enhance the flavour of dishes. The basis for the choice of any wine is always the search for a true and deep roots expressing then in the glass its own and unmistakable message.
